"We worked with Shawna for our November wedding at Elings Park and were very happy with our decision to do so.  Our big day was everything we wanted it to be, just perfect for us.  She is very willing to meet at the site and go over every single detail before the big day.  We live in Los Angeles, and her knowledge of Santa Barbara and it's wedding vendors was extremely helpful in trying to plan a wedding out of town.

"Shawna helped my wife and I coordinate our September wedding at Rockwood. We were referred to her through Pure Joy Catering, our caterer. My wife and I really enjoyed meeting with Shawna and instantly felt like we had found a good match. Even though we hired her as a day-of coordinator, she was extremely helpful and available throughout the planning process. She put a lot of emphasis on having a perfect execution and helped us tremendously with figuring out what could go wrong and planning around those potential situations.

For example, we had tissue paper flags and banners printed. She let us know that we had to unfurl and sort them before the day we decorated or it could turn into a nightmare. She was totally right. They were extremely tough to deal with, even indoors. If we would have left that detail until setup, we would have lost a lot of time.

Our wedding day went great and Shawna ensured that everything happened exactly how we wanted. The schedule was extremely tight and I had a lot of doubts about us staying on time. The day of, we stayed ahead of schedule most of the event which was amazing. Some small problems came up but she handled it without us even being aware of them. We found out after the wedding which was really nice.

Shawna did an excellent job of executing the results of all of our planning and supported us so we could completely enjoy the day and not have to worry about the details."
